Women In Motion Classes

Just Like It Says: Our Women Are in Motion


Led by our very our marathon runner: Mandy! These courses are for women who want to successfully run a 5k! Perfect for new  runners and those returning from a running hiatus.  Aside from running, each class will include additional strength and core  training to prevent injury.  You do not need a  stroller, or even have to be a mom, however all of our running classes  are on a stroller friendly path for our mommas that want to join with their kids!

This  course follows a plan that is a mix of walking and running that  gradually build up stamina to be able to run for a full 30 minutes.  If you’ve always wondered if you could be a  runner but don’t know where to start this is the program for you.
